FCC certification overview:
FCC stands for Federal Communications Commission. Responsible directly to Congress, coordinating domestic and international communications by controlling radio, television, telecommunications, satellites, and cables, and authorizing and managing radio frequency transmission devices and equipment other than those used by the federal government.
According to the relevant part of the Federal Communications Regulations of the United States (CFR 47), all electronic products entering the United States require electromagnetic compatibility certification (FCC certification). At present, the United States has become my country's second largest trading partner for several consecutive years, and the trade volume between China and the United States is increasing year by year. Therefore, exports to the United States should not be underestimated. The rigor of US product technical standards and import regulations can be called the world. Understanding the US market access rules will help our products further open the US market.
Federal Communications Commission (FCC)-manages the import and use of radio frequency devices, including computers, fax machines, electronic devices, radio reception and transmission equipment, radio-controlled toys, telephones, personal computers, and other products that may harm personal safety. If these products are to be exported to the United States, they must be tested and approved by government-authorized laboratories in accordance with FCC technical standards. Importers and customs agents must declare that each radio frequency device complies with FCC standards, that is, FCC license.
FCC certification process:
1. Apply for an FRN first. The first time you apply for an FCC ID, you need to apply for a permanent Grantee Code. For the first time, apply for an ID and apply for Grantee Cde.
2. Prepare the information required by the product

4. Perform the test
5. Obtain a certificate
