CSA is the abbreviation of Canadian Standards Association. It was established in 1919 and is the first non-profit organization in Canada to formulate industrial standards. Electronics and electrical appliances sold on the North American market require safety certification. CSA is currently Canada's largest safety certification body and one of the most famous safety certification bodies in the world.
