When enterprises apply for ISO9001 certification, large companies must be more secure than small companies. Large companies and small companies do differ in form, but they are similar in nature. In the end, the company is still looking at the quality of service, and the quality of service is ultimately determined by the consulting teacher. The level of the consultant and service attitude determine the quality of service. Small companies also have high-level professional teachers, and large companies also have fame, but there is no service-conscious teacher. After many excellent consultants have a certain amount of customer resources, they start from scratch. They are often the bosses of small companies. Has "he", who once worked as a consultant in a large company, suddenly changed his level and ability? Therefore, the service quality cannot be determined unilaterally by the size of the company. The following provides the process steps for applying for ISO9001:
The applicant submits a formal application that should be signed by its authorized representative. The application or its attachments should include: such as the nature, name, address, legal status, and related human and technical resources of the organization; Product or service scope; copy of legal person's business license, if necessary, copy of qualification certificate and production license; general information about quality system and activities. The applicant agrees to comply with the certification requirements and provide the information required for evaluation.
From the date of receiving the application materials of the applicant, the decision of acceptance, non-acceptance or acceptance after improvement shall be made within 30 days after the contract review, and the entrusting party (reviewed party) shall be notified. To ensure that the:
A. The requirements for certification are clear, documented and understood;
B. Differences in understanding between the certification body and the applicant have been resolved;
C. Regarding the scope of certification consultation applied by the applicant, the operating place and some special requirements, such as the language used by the applicant, the certification consulting organization has the ability to implement certification consultation.
Both parties signed a "quality system certification contract". Before the on-site audit, the documented quality system established by the applicant's ISO9001 standard should run for 3 months, and submit the quality manual and related documents to the certification center at least 2 months in advance.
Enterprises must meet the following basic conditions before applying for the ISO9001 system:
Chinese enterprises hold the "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce; foreign enterprises hold the registration certificates of relevant departments and institutions.
The product quality is stable and can be mass produced normally. Stable quality means that the product has passed the continuous random inspection for more than one year. Products produced in small batches do not represent the stability of product quality. Only enterprises that formally produce products can be eligible to apply for certification consulting.
The products meet the requirements of national standards and industry standards, or conform to the enterprise standards confirmed by the standardization administrative department. The standards mentioned here refer to national standards or industry standards with international standards. Whether the product meets the standard needs to be sampled and verified by the inspection agency confirmed and approved by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
The quality system established by the production enterprise meets the requirements of the GB/T19001 quality management system. Establish an applicable quality standard system (usually select ISO9001 to establish a quality system) and make it operate effectively.
