On July 7, 2017, ECHA issued a resolution to officially add PFHxS to the SVHC candidate list, and at the same time increase the BPA SVHC endocrine disruption attribute. BPA has been added to the 16th batch of SVHC candidate list due to its reproductive toxicity. Includes 17 batches of 174 substances.
In addition, the European Commission adopted (EU) C(2017) 4462 implementation resolution on July 4, 2017 to add the SVHC endocrine disruptive properties of the four plasticizer substances BBP, DEHP, DBP, DIBP. There is a significant impact, and Article 57(f) of REACH has been raised to the same level of attention as other carcinogenic and teratogenic properties. These four substances have been added to the SVHC candidate list because of their reproductive toxicity.

Corporate Responsibility
If the following two conditions are met at the same time, the article manufacturer and exporter must notify the ECHA within six months after the substance is included in the SVHC candidate list:
i. The content of the substance in the article exceeds 1 ton/year/manufacturer or exporter;
ii. The weight percent concentration of the substance in the article is greater than 0.1%.
